Introduction to The Fairfield

The main entrance to our school.

The Fairfield Community Primary school is situated in the City of Worcester, on the north-eastern outskirts of the city in an area known as Brickfields.

The catchment area consists of mixed housing; there is an area of owner occupied houses as well as local authority and housing association housing surrounding the school.

The School

The school has exceptional accommodation. It was opened by the Princess Royal on 8th October 2007 and has a community centre, children's centre, public library and neighbourhood nursery joined to the school building.

The campus also benefits from a GP surgery on site.

The school grounds are shared with Regency High school which gives our pupils access to some very high quality sports facilities and environments.

School Organisation

The school age range is from Nursery to the end of Year 6, when children transfer to local high schools.

Children are admitted to the Nursery following their third birthday. The school has an induction programme to make their admission as smooth as possible.
